Dictionary : "A-License"
The first level or Basic USPA license that signifies that a skydiver has advanced beyond the student phase. Persons holding a USPA A License are able to jumpmaster themselves, perform basic relative work jumps, water jumps and pack their own parachute.
Persons holding a USPA A license may pack their own main parachute, engage in basic group jumps, perform water jumps, should become familiar with the Skydiver's Information Manual and must have
- completed 20 jumps
- completed all requirements listed on the USPA A License Proficiency Card
- received the signature and official stamp on the USPA A License Proficiency Card or USPA A License Progression Card (ISP)
